How does it work?
We’ll first work with you to understand your business, product and needs in general through an introductory call. You can then proceed to subscribe and raise your design requests, however do note that only one request can be pushed for execution (we’ll leave the prioritisation to you!) at any one time. Once pushed, all you have to do is just wait for it to be churned out and delivered in a few working days on average (subject to the request’s complexity). It’s as simple as that!
Is it really unlimited revisions?
Yes, it really is! Once you receive the initial design, you'll be able to raise revisions requests to your queue, and this process is iterative until you are 100% satisfied.
What does "Pause anytime" means?
This only applies to users that choose our Monthly subscription plan. Upon subscription, you may queue multiple requests as required and we will deliver the requests that can be delivered within the month. If the amount of queued requests result in delivery dates that encroach into the next month, you will need to continue your subscription for the following month in order to receive them! Should you determine that your business does not require any design work in the following month(s), you may choose to pause the subscription until the need arises for you to resume the subscription and continue raising requests!
How will I receive my designs?
A download link will be shared to you to download the file in the recommended format in accordance to the request (e.g. jpeg, .png etc). As the designs belong to you, the finalised working file will also be available for download upon completion of the request.
Do you work with contracts?
To safeguard both ours and your interest, there will be a set of Terms & Conditions that require your acknowledgement. This set of T&Cs will clearly indoctrinate your entitlements, the delivery conditions and other terms of which we will abide to. On a side note, should you require an NDA for our engagement, do let us know too!
What if I don't like the designs?
No problem at all! If something isn't perfect on the first round, you have unlimited feedback revisions. We'll continue take your feedback and revise the designs until you are 100% satisfied.
Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately, we do not have any refund policies especially if the subscription has started and work requests are raised, but if you're unsatisfied with our service, please get in touch and we'll do our best to make things right.
